We endeavour at all times to provide a high quality and professional service in all aspects of our business.

Delivery
i) Until further notice, we are able to deliver products to UK addresses only.
ii) We aim to deliver your order to the address you have requested within 14 days of you placing your order with us.
iii) If this is not possible e.g. due to the action of third parties such as a postal workers strike, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied at the time of placing your order.
iv) Delivery is charged on a variable scale, detailed on our Shipping and Returns page.

Quality
i) By nature of being handmade, our products may show slight variation between batches.
ii) Our aim is to produce high quality products and supply them to you in as fresh a condition as possible.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please consult our Returns policy and contact us accordingly.
