Shipping
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail First Class post.
Postage and packing rates:
Value of goods up to and including £8 - £2
Value of goods over £8, up to and including £25 - £3
Value of goods over £25 - FREE SHIPPING
If you are ordering products as gifts, they can be sent directly to the recipient(s).
Please note that to send to multiple addresses, you will need to enter them as separate orders, and shipping is charged separately for each delivery address.
Products are made to order, and should arrive within 14 calendar days of your order being placed, unless you are advised otherwise.
Returns
Cancellation of Order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund provided you notify us (Tiggothy's Kitchen) within seven working days of receiving the product(s).
We require all product(s) received to be returned to us in their original packaging, at our head office address, at your expense.
Please notify us by e-mailing info@tiggothy.net. We will reply, including a reference number which you should write on the parcel before sending it to us.
Faulty Goods
If you wish to return any product(s) because you consider them to be faulty, or of unsatisfactory quality, and more than seven working days have elapsed since you received them, you retain your rights under the Sale Of Goods Act.
In this instance, please e-mail info@tiggothy.net, explaining the reason for your complaint and including details to identify the product - product name (including specific flavours if it is a selection box) and best before date.
As above, we will then supply you with a reference number to identify the package. We require all affected products (if you have ordered multiple products, you only need to return the ones which are unsatisfactory) to be returned to our head office in their original packaging at your own expense.
We will then contact you to arrange for an appropriate refund or replacement product.
Please note that this does not apply if your complaint is made after the Best Before date has passed, as the Best Before date serves as an indication of the time period in which products may be expected to be of satisfactory quality.
